1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our websites, client portal, or production services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Production Services & Intellectual Property
All master video recordings, high-resolution photographs, and project deliverables remain subject to the specific licensing terms established in each project agreement. Client retains ownership of supplied brand materials and final approved master exports.
3. Member Portal Access
Member accounts and Google Drive shared access are personal to the authorized client. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials.
4. Payment & Subscriptions
Subscription retainers and project milestone invoices are processed securely via Stripe. Fees are billed in accordance with the selected tier or contract terms.
